I am confirming that I am the legal parcel owner. I understand that the final Certificate of Water Availability needed for occupancy will not be issued until the water service installation is complete and accepted by Marion Water Company. I am also confirming that I have read and reviewed the Company Rates, Rules & Regulations, By-Laws, & Water Use Agreement that I will be subject to follow and sign upon water service installation (click on "Documents"). If I have checked any options under "project" in which a plan is required, you must upload the plan to complete the application. A separate email with an invoice will be emailed to you with the fee required to be paid prior to releasing the certificate. If the fee is not paid within 15 days of application submitted, a new application will be required.
